Verification of Order

Customer is responsible for checking all orders upon receipt.  All shortages, errors, and/or defective items must be reported to Cheers Sports within 72 hours from the date items were picked up or received.

Return Requests

All return requests must be made within 72 hours from the date items were picked up or received.  Please call us at 703.723.3111 or email us at cheers@cheerssports.com to request a return authorization.

Stock Items

Merchandise that has not been personalized and has not been used may be returned.  Stock item returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee and/or exchange fee.  Customer is responsible for all freight charges if merchandise is shipped or mailed to Cheers Sports, and any freight charges that might be incurred if there is an exchange.  The merchandise must be returned in the original packaging and in the same, new condition as received.

Personalized Items

Merchandise that has been personalized and has not been used may be returned.  Due to the customization, these items are subject to a 50-100% restocking and/or exchange fee.  Customer is responsible for all freight charges if merchandise is shipped or mailed to Cheers Sports, and any freight charges that might be incurred if there is an exchange.  The merchandise must be returned in the same, new condition as received.

Defective Items

Merchandise that is defective will be exchanged at no cost to the customer.  Determination as to whether the merchandise is defective will be determined by Cheers Sports after examining the item.
